Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, and Law-firm Hub Pro ERP. By subscribing to any of our systems, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions governed by Kenyan law. Please read these carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Fee

The monthly subscription fee for using Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, or Law-firm Hub Pro ERP is KES 4,500. This fee grants you access to the respective system, its functionalities, and continuous improvements, including software updates and regular maintenance. The subscription fee is non-refundable.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for the subscription must be made at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the subscribed system. All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via the payment methods provided on our platform.

3. System Usage

By subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use either Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, or Law-firm Hub Pro ERP for the duration of your subscription. Any misuse of the system, including but not limited to unauthorized access, sharing login credentials, or attempts to tamper with the software, may result in termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Software Improvements and Maintenance

Your subscription includes access to any future improvements, updates, and maintenance services related to Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, or Law-firm Hub Pro ERP. We are committed to providing continuous enhancements to improve the functionality and user experience of the respective system.

5. No Refund Policy

The subscription fee for Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, and Law-firm Hub Pro ERP is non-refundable. Once payment is made for the monthly subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the system or changes to your business requirements.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing cycle. Access to the subscribed system will be terminated at the end of your paid subscription period.

7. Liability

While we strive to maintain an efficient and secure system, we cannot guarantee that Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, or Law-firm Hub Pro ERP will be available at all times or free from errors. Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, Law-firm Hub Pro ERP, and their owners shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via the contact information you provided. Continued use of the system after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of the system or related to these terms shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.

10. Data Privacy Terms

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using Citycloud ERP, Citycloud School Management System, or Law-firm Hub Pro ERP, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for the purpose of system functionality, user support, and software improvement.

We ensure that your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All data is stored securely, and we follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.
